Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
